KNOWLEDGE BASE OF ADMINISTRATION AND POLICY DEVELOPMENT IS SO MINISCULE THAT IF
ALL OF US HAD DEVOTED OUR PROFESSIONAL CAREERS TO TEACHING AND SERVICE, WE
WOULD HARDLY HAVE BEEN MISSED.

OUR EDUCATIONAL INFLUENCES IN LEARNING WITH EACH OTHER AS EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATORS AND IN THE LEARNING
OF TEACHERS, STUDENTS AND THE SOCIAL FORMATIONS IN WHICH WE LIVE AND WORK.
